The E-Recycling Program:

• Collects university-owned electronic equipment (e.g. desktops, laptops, mice, keyboards, desktop printers, monitors, tvs, etc.)
  • For a full list of accepted materials, please refer to the )
• Ensures no data is retrievable
• Properly disposes of it at an approved provincial recycling depot
• Aligns with the Surplus Materials 聽Disposal Instructions 聽in which printers and computers must follow the E-recycling program, to ensure data security

To Request an E-Recycling pickup:

• Log into our
• Select E-Recycling
• Complete the form
• Click Submit, which will open a support ticket
• ITS will review your request and once approved, Facilities Management will be in touch to arrange for pickup of your equipment
