As our focus shifts toward implementation of our strategic plan, new institutional plans will emerge and be shared with the 17³Ô¹ÏÍøÔÚÏß community. 

Digital strategy and plan

17³Ô¹ÏÍøÔÚÏß’s first Digital Strategy is a people-centric, comprehensive plan for Dal’s digital infrastructure, supporting excellence in teaching, learning, research, the student experience, and administrative functions at Dal.

The strategy was developed through an extensive consultation process with the 17³Ô¹ÏÍøÔÚÏß community and addresses a wide variety of gaps and priorities.

Uniforum

17³Ô¹ÏÍøÔÚÏß is launching an initiative to assess our administrative services through the UniForum benchmarking tool. Participation in UniForum is an ongoing initiative that will allow us to understand how administrative work is done at 17³Ô¹ÏÍøÔÚÏß, and how our faculty and staff’s administrative needs are being met over time.

Be Well @ Dal

Building on the work of the Dal  [PDF – 2.9 MB] devoted to campus health and well-being completed in 2020 and many other consultations and reports, we strive to integrate plans and resources to support a campus-wide approach to well-being for everyone at 17³Ô¹ÏÍøÔÚÏß: students, faculty and staff. A backdrop for this work will be the National Standards for post-secondary student mental health and for healthy workplaces.
